Installation of external mobile shading (blinds) in horizontal and vertical format which form a chessboard and offer a sense of a unified facade. The shading protects the buildings of the complex with regard to energy wastage, as their inclination adjusts to the movement of the sun, thus discouraging direct sun light away from the windows and the working spaces.
On the northern side of the buildings, architectural elements with referrals to the facades were placed, with immobile blinds in vertical format.
The surrounding area was redesigned to improve circulation and accessibility. The redesigning approach was based on its unified planning with regard to the main entrances of the buildings. Taking this into consideration, the redesigning resulted in an extrovert surrounding area, open to the public and in continuance with the public space which at the same time, guides the visitor towards the central entrances of the buildings.The Building B lobby at the center of the complex is being treated as an element of the surrounding area and opens up with two entrances to facilitate the walkway from Kifissias Avenue. The Building C lobby utilizes the existing two-way access from Agiou Konstantinou towards the northern part of the complex. The creation of a plaza on the northern part of the complex between buildings B and C was the highlight of the surrounding area as far as the flow and pedestrian traffic is concerned. The plaza arose from the development of a roof over the outdoor part of the underground parking. The plaza was planted and is open to the tenants of the complex. The relevant surrounding space can be used by food / restaurant services.
The surrounding outdoor floor space was coated with natural, easily applicable materials that contribute to conveying an earthly sense to the modern human. The said materials are of high quality, of ecological character, a perfect match to the bioclimatic approach of the development activity. The final result was a smooth unification of the outdoor space with the internal common use spaces of the buildings.
Green roofs were created on the terraces of all three buildings and are accessible to the users of the complex. Besides the aesthetic upgrade of the terraces, green roofs offer benefits such as improvement of the micro climate of the asset, reduction of noise pollution and amplification of the thermal insulation of the internal spaces.

The planting plan aimed at the development of a surrounding space that’s in harmony with the architectural solution provided and offers the tenant and the visitor a pleasant working environment which upgrades the urban space without harming it.
Upgrading of common areas like lobbies, elevators, and stairways took place. The redevelopment of the main lobbies of the buildings resulted in a radical aesthetic change and operational improvement. The upgrading included but was not limited to new flooring, false ceiling, lighting, painting and modern furniture. The stairways were modernized and included new fire proof doors, false ceilings, new railings and more. The elevator cabins were renewed and the existing marble flooring was cleaned and polished.
Thermal insulation of the buildings contributes in fulfilling the Building Energy Efficiency Regulation (ΚΕΝΑΚ) standards and in achieving preservation of internal space temperature without unnecessary air-conditioning usage.
High energy efficiency specification windows and insulated aluminums were installed. Selectively, some of the windows are able to open.
Low energy consumption LED lighting in common areas was installed.
The electromechanical installations are monitored by an automated Building Management System, to achieve effective management of equipment and early detection of malfunctions.
Building fire safety was improved. Main use external doors were replaced by fire-resistant ones to create fire proof compartments.
The fire detection system of the complex was also modernized.
The air conditioning system was replaced by a contemporary one, of low energy consumption and environmental impact. Each space is serviced by an autonomous VRV system which offers the possibility of simultaneous use of cooling and heating, to satisfy spaces with different needs.
